Krista Quick is a UX designer based in Columbus, Ohio.


Krista Quick is a user experience designer with a decade of experience working across multiple types of digital design spaces, including e-commerce design and web application design. After receiving her BFA in graphic design at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2009, Krista moved to New York City and created editorial experiences at Blackbook Magazine and Outside Magazine. The editorial design work from the magazines continued into her role at Victoria’s Secret in 2011 and and then Abercrombie & Fitch in 2015. After Abercrombie & Fitch, Krista sought out additional education around user experience design and began a new role at JPMorgan Chase as a senior user experience designer on a team tasked with rebuilding Chase's servicing applications.

Recently, Krista was promoted to a lead user experience designer role at JPMorgan Chase after becoming a key team player in developing and maintaining design patterns across multiple lines of business, learning how the Chase design components work from a developer’s perspective and guiding other designers on the team in their useage, and delivering the UX design for the begining of Chase's new servcing application.

She has continued to spend time in her passion areas, supporting equity and social justice issues in education and counseling, and leading an class on neurodiversity for counseling masters students once a year as a guest at OSU. Krista brings her simple, elegant design to the work while adhering to each brand’s aesthetic.
